Getting your medical marijuana recommendation is simple and legal in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma state law requires patients to obtain a license through the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA). Before obtaining a license a patient must obtain a recommendation from a state of Oklahoma board certified doctor (MD or DO). The OMMA was established to oversee the medical marijuana program for the State of Oklahoma. It is responsible for licensing, regulating, and administering the program as authorized by state law. Operating as a stand alone agency in Oklahoma reporting directly to the Governor, the primary goal is to ensure safe and responsible practices for the people of Oklahoma.
